The Role – Mentor

We are looking for a dedicated Mentor to join a PRU in Enfield immediately. You will work closely with students aged 11–16, many of whom face barriers to learning due to SEMH and behavioural needs. Your role will involve providing both 1:1 and group mentoring, encouraging positive behaviour, and helping students re-engage with education. The ideal Mentor will be calm, patient, and proactive, with the ability to de-escalate situations and act as a positive role model.
