Role – Maths Teacher

Start Date – September 2025

Location – Folkestone

Tradewind Recruitment are actively seeking dynamic and dedicated Maths teachers to work in secondary schools across Folkestone. The roles will be full time with a salary of between 32,916 and 51,047 depending on experience.

The role:

Plan and deliver effective Maths lessons to KS3 and KS4 studentsSet high expectations that inspire and motivate students to reach their full potentialAttend Departmental meetings and parents' evenings when requiredCreate a supporting and inclusive learning environment where every student can thriveCollaborate with colleagues to develop engaging curriculum and lesson plansRequirements:

Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualificationHave strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching MathsHave the ability to differentiate lessons to ensure the needs of all students are metHold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checksCV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possibleLegal right to work in the UKIf you're looking for a change or you're just starting out on your teaching journey as a Maths teacher then get in touch today to find out more!
