About the Role

Smile Education is seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive Key Stage 1 team in a vibrant local primary school in Walsall. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in children’s learning and development.

What you’ll do:

Support teaching and learning in KS1 classrooms

Work with small groups and individual pupils to boost progress

Assist with lesson preparation and classroom management

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environmentYou’ll need:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

Recent experience in a KS1 setting

An enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)We offer:
