Access to wellbeing support What You’ll Be Doing:

Planning and delivering engaging activities following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Setting up and tidying the learning environment each day.

Acting as a key person for a small group of children, working closely with parents/carers to support their development.

Supporting meal and snack times in the setting.

Following safeguarding procedures and ensuring a safe environment at all times.

Attending team meetings, training sessions, and appraisals to support your growth.

Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to nursery policies and procedures. What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

A genuine passion for working with children aged 0–5.

Level 3 Early Years qualification (or working towards it).

Knowledge of child development and play-based learning.

Understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.

Good communication skills and a friendly, flexible approach. Desirable:

Current Paediatric First Aid certificate.

Previous Early Years experience. Hours & Requirements:

Full-time, 40 hours per week, on a rota basis (8.5-hour shifts)
