What You’ll Be Doing:

Support Learning in the Classroom – Assist the teacher in delivering engaging lessons and helping pupils understand and stay on track.

Work One-on-One or in Small Groups – Provide targeted support to pupils who may need extra help with their learning or behaviour.

Encourage Progress – Promote a positive learning environment that supports all children to achieve their potential.

Assist with Classroom Prep – Help with preparing learning materials, displays, and classroom organisation.

Promote Inclusion and Safeguarding – Support all learners equally and help maintain a safe, welcoming school environment.

What We’re Looking For:

A Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)

Some experience working with primary-aged children (in school, nurseries, or youth settings)

A positive, flexible attitude and a genuine passion for supporting children

Good communication and teamworking skills

A strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
