Are you a proactive and customer–focused individual with a knack for facilities management? This Blackpool Academy is seeking a Lettings & Facilities Supervisor to oversee our thriving after–school activities and weekend lettings.

In this pivotal role, you'll be the main point of contact for clubs and visitors, ensuring a safe, secure, and exceptional experience. From key holding and site security to managing bookings and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, you'll play a crucial part in the smooth operation of our academy facilities.

What you'll do:

Supervise daily after–school activities and weekend lettings.

Act as the primary contact for all facility users, resolving queries and issues.

Ensure the security of the premises as a key holder.

Maintain a safe environment, enforcing health and safety policies.

Lead on facility cleanliness and tidiness during external hires.

Manage booking administration and support financial procedures.
