Implement individualised behaviour management strategies to promote positive engagement.

Support pupils' academic progress while fostering their social and emotional development.

Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to maintain a structured, supportive learning environment.

Play a key role in increasing the pupils' timetable from part-time to full-time, helping them develop confidence, resilience, and essential skills.

What We're Looking For

Experience working with children with challenging behaviour and special educational needs, particularly non-verbal pupils.

Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies and how to apply them consistently.

Compassion, patience, and adaptability, with a genuine commitment to pupil well-being and progress.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills, working effectively with colleagues and parents.

Why Apply?

This is a rewarding role where you'll be instrumental in helping pupils overcome barriers to learning, build confidence, and thrive academically and socially.
