Learning Support Assistant - Wisbech - Immediate Start

£90-£100 per day | Full-Time | Term-Time Only

Tradewind are recruiting Learning Support Assistant's (LSAs) for immediate starts in schools across Wisbech. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in supportive educational environments, helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

What we offer:

Competitive daily rate: £90-£100 per day

Full-time, term-time only roles

Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant

Opportunities for training and long-term placements

The role:

Working closely with class teachers to support students with a range of needs (SEND, SEMH, academic support)

One-to-one and small group interventions

Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment

Supporting behaviour management and engagement in lessons

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children or young people (school, youth work, care, etc.)

A calm, patient and empathetic approach

Willingness to commit to a full-time role

An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
