Tradewind Recruitment is working with primary schools across Bury to recruit enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) for September. These roles are perfect for individuals who are passionate about education and want to support children in achieving their full potential.
LSAs play a vital role in ensuring that pupils with additional needs receive the support they need to succeed. Whether supporting in–class learning or working on a one–to–one basis, you'll help create a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Your role will include:
Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in mainstream classrooms.
Helping to adapt and deliver lessons to suit individual learning needs.
Encouraging engagement and participation in activities.
Building strong relationships with pupils to boost their confidence and resilience.
Assisting with behaviour management strategies and positive reinforcement.
What we're looking for:
Previous experience as an LSA, TA, or in a similar support role is desirable.
Enthusiasm, reliability, and flexibility.
An understanding of SEN and strategies to support individual learners.
A genuine passion for helping children succeed.
This is a rewarding role for someone who thrives on making a difference and enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
