90– 105 per day PAYE

Full–time (term–time only)

SANZA Teaching Agency are currently recruiting on behalf of caring and vibrant primary school in Barking & Dagenham who are looking for learning support assistants to support various students across the school with additional needs.

The school is looking for a confident and committed learning support assistant to join their school community.

The role will be supporting students across different year groups (year 1 to year 6) who have learning needs and require additional support.

As a learning support assistant, you will:

Work 1:1 or in small groups to reinforce lessons or provide extra helpHelp with differentiated instruction, tailored to individual learning styles and needsHelp with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environmentHelp with emotional regulation and behavior as neededAssist with classroom displays, organising resources, or setting up activitiesSupervise during break times, outings, or transitions

About you:

Experience working in a primary school or with children, preferably as a teaching assistant/learning support assistantExperience supporting children with special needs/autism is preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to work collaboratively as part of a teamA passion for working with children
