Learning Support Assistant

Location: Cheltenham

Start Date: ASAP

Mainstream Primary School

85 – 100 per day

8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Term Time Only

Clear DBS required (or willingness to apply)

Responsibilities:

Create a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere where students feel motivated and confident.

Provide one–on–one or small group support to students with a range of learning needs.

Assist with the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and tailored strategies.

Help students develop important social and emotional skills to enhance their learning experience.

Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons and managing behaviour.
