If so, this EYFS Teaching Assistant role could be perfect for you!

About the Role:

Teaching Personnel are working with a small, welcoming primary school in Peterborough seeking a Level 3 EYFS TA to join their team from September 2025.

You’ll play a key role in:

Supporting learning in line with the Early Years Framework

Planning and preparing engaging activities alongside the class teacher

Encouraging children’s development through play and exploration

Supporting pupils’ personal, social, and emotional growth

Providing pastoral care and assisting with personal care duties

Working collaboratively with staff to create a safe and stimulating environment

What You Need:

A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Supporting Teaching & Learning

Experience in an Early Years setting

A nurturing, positive, and proactive approach to learning and care

Willingness to provide personal care when needed
