Description

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with teachers and pupils in KS1 classrooms, providing vital support to both whole-class learning and targeted interventions. You’ll play a key role in delivering boosters and one-to-one support, ensuring every child has the chance to reach their potential.

The role also includes working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), so patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt are essential. With your guidance and encouragement, pupils will grow in confidence and thrive both academically and personally.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting KS1 pupils with literacy, numeracy, and topic-based learning.

• Delivering small group boosters and interventions.

• Assisting with classroom organisation and behaviour management.

• Supporting children with SEN, tailoring strategies to their needs.

• Helping create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.

Why Join Teach Now?

• Competitive daily pay of £85–£100.

• Gain hands-on classroom experience while making a genuine impact.

• Ongoing training and professional development.

• Opportunity to build a career in education, with pathways into teaching.

• Be part of a supportive, forward-thinking school community.

If you are enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about working with children in their formative years, this could be the perfect role for you.
