Hours: 08:30am - 3:30pm

Academics are looking for a passionate and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work on a supply basis in primary schools across Sittingbourne. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference while enjoying the flexibility of supply work.

Deliver planned lessons and learning activities in the absence of the class teacher

Support pupils with varying needs, helping them to engage and progress

Lead small group work and targeted interventions

Assist with classroom management and behaviour support

Work closely with teachers and support staff to create a positive learning environment

What we're looking for:

HLTA qualification or equivalent experience

Confidence delivering lessons and supporting learning across primary year groups

Strong communication skills and a proactive approach

A genuine passion for education and supporting children's development
