Milestone Education are recruiting for a dedicated and supportive Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team!

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role that offers greater responsibility and impact within the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, prepare and deliver learning activities under teacher guidance.

* Provide targeted support to pupils across a range of abilities and year groups.

* Lead whole-class sessions when required.

* Support the planning and assessment of pupil progress.

* Assist in creating a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.

Requirements:

* HLTA Qualification or equivalent

* Previous relevant expereince working within a school setting.

* An Enhanced DBS Check (or be willing to complete one)

* Strong communication and organisational skills
