About the Role:

• Provide high-quality classroom support and confidently cover lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.

• Assist in planning and delivering engaging, creative, and stimulating activities tailored to individual and group needs.

• Foster an inclusive learning environment that promotes confidence, independence, and positive behaviour.

• Collaborate closely with teaching staff, parents, and external specialists to nurture pupils' holistic development.

• Holds HLTA qualification/status or relevant experience.

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to adapt quickly across various year groups.

• Passionate about nurturing pupils academically, socially, morally, and spiritually.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

• Committed to contributing positively to our vibrant school community.
