A thriving and inclusive secondary school based in Chelmsford, Essex is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Teaching Assistants to join our team this September.

About the Role:

Full–time, term–time position starting in September 2025

Supporting students across Key Stages 3 & 4 (and potentially KS5 depending on subject expertise)

Working closely with class teachers to deliver engaging and effective learning

Providing targeted academic support, including 1:1 and small group interventions

Ideal preparation for a future teacher training application

Were Looking For:

Recent graduates (any subject) – strong academic background is desirable

A genuine interest in working with young people and supporting their development

Confident communicators with a proactive and flexible approach

Individuals who are reliable, patient, and eager to learn
