The Role:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll work alongside dedicated teachers across different year groups and subjects, helping pupils to thrive in their learning. You will:

Provide one-to-one and small group support to students

Assist in preparing and delivering engaging lessons and activities

Help pupils who need extra support to fully access the curriculum

Develop skills in classroom management, lesson delivery, and student engagement

About You:

We're looking for a recent graduate who:

Has completed a university degree

Is exploring a career in teaching or education

Is committed to helping children reach their potential
