Facilities Assistant

Description

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Facilities Assistant to provide flexible support to a client in Paddock Wood. We are looking for someone who is confident managing the day-to-day maintenance and operations of the premises. Please note there is a shift pattern in the hours between 8am to 8pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Opening and closing the school premises

General maintenance and repairs

Health and safety checks

Site security

Supporting contractors and deliveries

Ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of the school grounds

Assisting with room setups and events as neededRequirements:

Proven experience working as a facilities assistant in a school or similar environment

Strong understanding of health and safety procedures

Good practical skills and problem-solving ability

Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service is essential for the role
