Pay Rate: GBP32,000 – GBP34,000

This well–resourced provision offers a dynamic learning environment with a strong focus on vocational studies and holistic student development both in and out of the classroom. This is a great oppotunity for the right Functional Skills tutor.

We re currently seeking a committed Functional Skills Tutor to join the team on a long–term basis, with the potential to become a permanent role for the right candidate. You will be delivering Maths and English to Key Stage 3 and 4 students, supporting their academic progress and preparing them for GCSE exams.

What we re looking for:

• QTS English specialism, or proven experience in a similar role (ECTs and Instructors welcome)

• Experience teaching Functional Skills/GCSE English up to KS5

• Confident classroom management skills

• Familiarity with academic tracking systems
