Description

Electronic Apprenticeship Coach – 37,310 salary, permanent position, field based primarily in Salisbury and the South West. Pension & enhanced leave allowance available.

The role

As an Electronic Apprenticeship Coach, you will be visiting learners within their workplace using your vocational experience and knowledge to deliver learning, coach, assess and support them to achieve their apprenticeship.

Responsibilities:

Ensure you are delivering against your Key Performance Indicators, arranging and attending scheduled visits and completing all required documentationSupport, motivate and coach all learners through their apprenticeship programme, ensuring all components of the apprenticeship programme are completed in a timely manner whilst meeting awarding organisation, ESFA and Ofsted requirementsMonitor and review learners in line with the customers' expectationsEnsure all required documentation is completed to the correct standard and within agreed timelinesProvide portfolio building advice and guidance to learners based on the requirements of their programmeEffectively record, plan and track individual learner progress in accordance with agreed paperwork and reporting processesPlan, prepare and deliver high quality and industry specific teaching and learning sessions (as required by the delivery model and programme design)Carry out assessments in line with company, awarding organisation, ESFA and Ofsted requirementsSupport learners to achieve their full potential and provide advice and guidance as requiredProvide effective and timely verbal and written feedback and feedforward to all learners, ensuring appropriate stretch and challenge when requiredEnsure all learners are developed and prepared for their End Point Assessment, and ensure learners are encouraged to aim for high grades (where available and appropriate)Build effective working relationships with other teams across the contract, including quality, business support and compliance and assuranceFollow all company policies and processes in relation to quality assurance and complianceAchieve key performance indicatorsMaintain a Continuous Professional Development (CPD) record that reflects company and industry requirementsPromote the sharing of new and dynamic ideas across the contract

Required experience:

Must have experience in electronicsMinimum level 3 qualification in this field
