Are you an imaginative and energetic Drama Teacher with a flair for inspiring creativity and confident performance in students within an independent setting? We are partnering with a highly regarded Independent school in Islington that's looking for a skilled and enthusiastic temporary, part–time Drama Teacher to join their thriving Arts department, starting ASAP. This is a wonderful opportunity to foster self–expression, collaborative skills, and a genuine appreciation for theatrical arts across Key Stages 3 and 4, with exciting potential for Key Stage 5.

What you'll be doing:

You'll be devising and delivering engaging Drama lessons, exploring various techniques, genres, and dramatic texts. It's about creating a supportive and dynamic rehearsal space where students feel confident experimenting with performance, character development, and stagecraft. You'll contribute to school productions and performing arts events, nurturing young talent. What we're looking for:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialism in Drama. Demonstrable experience teaching effective Drama lessons at Key Stages 3 and 4 is highly desirable. A strong understanding of various theatrical styles and an ability to make performance accessible and exciting.
