Description
Digital & Technical Services Assistant
We're looking for a proactive and organised Digital & Technical Admin to join one of our clients based in Belfast. This is a varied role where no two days are the same - you'll be supporting their print, office, and IT services to keep everything running smoothly.
This is a temporary role for 12 weeks with the possibility of an extension.
What you'll be doing:
Producing and finishing printed materials, from basic documents to professional-quality projects.
Creating and editing documents and graphics using software such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
Keeping multi-functional devices stocked and in working order.
Maintaining office and print supplies, handling stock and usage reports for billing.
Assisting users with printing, photocopying, binding, laminating, and other equipment.
Managing equipment loans and providing training on items like laptops, cameras, and AV tools.
Acting as the first point of contact for IT helpdesk queries, logging and escalating issues.
Supporting the technical team with IT, AV, and equipment-related tasks.What we're looking for:
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Good IT knowledge and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Experience in printing, reprographics, or technical support is an advantage but not essential - full training will be provided.
A positive, customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.Working hours: Monday-Thursday, 9:00am-17:00pm, Friday 9:00am-16:30pm.
Pay Rate: £13.71 p/h (Weekly Pay)
