Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a dedicated and creative Design Technology Teacher to work at a welcoming secondary school in Lancaster. This is a full–time role starting in September 2025, with no set end date, making it a fantastic opportunity for a teacher seeking long–term stability and professional growth.

The Role

The successful Design Technology Teacher will deliver engaging and innovative lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering a love for the subject and encouraging practical creativity. You will be expected to plan, prepare and assess pupils work, supporting progress and attainment in line with the school s curriculum.

The position would suit a teacher with a specialism in Resistant Materials, Product Design or Engineering, but all DT specialisms will be considered. Both experienced teachers and ECTs are encouraged to apply.
