What you'll be doing:

You'll be designing and delivering engaging D&T lessons with a focus on Graphics, encompassing 2D and 3D design, CAD/CAM, and material properties across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially 5. It's about encouraging creativity, active experimentation, and the development of technical skills in a well–equipped workshop environment. You'll be responsible for maintaining a safe and organised classroom and workshop, and inspiring students to explore the world of design. What we're looking for:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialism in Design & Technology (Graphics). Proven experience teaching D&T effectively at Key Stages 3 and 4, with A–level experience being an advantage. Strong practical skills in graphics design and a broad knowledge of design principles and processes. Excellent communication skills, strong classroom management, and a genuine ability to inspire innovation and technical proficiency. Why join this school?
