Job Title: Cover Supervisor – Full-Time

Location: Willenhall

Contract: 5 days a week, ongoing

Salary: £90–£110 per day (depending on experience)

What you’ll be doing

Supervising whole classes during teacher absences

Managing behaviour and keeping lessons on track

Supporting pupils to engage with learning activities

Building rapport with staff and students alike

Confidence in managing groups of young people

Strong communication and adaptability skills

Experience working with children or young people (school-based or in another setting)

A positive, professional approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
