Salary: GBP90 – GBP130 per day

GSL Education London Branch is looking for dedicated Cover Supervisors to join some of the outstanding secondary schools in Kensington & Chelsea. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands–on experience in schools, enhance your teaching skills, and inspire the next generation.

Responsibilities of a Cover Supervisor:

Supervise whole classes during teachers' absences, ensuring students remain focused and productive.Deliver pre–set lesson plans and materials provided by the school.Support students learning and behaviour while maintaining a positive classroom environment.Manage classroom resources and ensure a safe and tidy workspace.Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding student engagement and behaviour. Requirements for the Cover Supervisor role:

Previous experience working with young people is advantageous (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, or coaching).Confidence in managing a classroom and engaging with students.Strong communication and organisational skills.A degree or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential.An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
