Salary: GBP100 – GBP110 per day (Depending on experience)

Contract: Day–to–Day Supply, Full time/Part time

GSL Education are looking for an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a client school in Corby on a day–to–day supply basis!

Responsibilities:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Supervise classes during the short–term absence of the teacher.Ensure students stay on task with the work set by their teacher.Manage classroom behaviour to create a positive learning environment.Provide support to students where needed, ensuring lessons run smoothly.Liaise with teaching staff to ensure effective lesson delivery. Requirements:

To be successful as a Cover Supervisor, you should have:

Confidence and a proactive approach to working in a classroom setting.Strong behaviour management skills to maintain classroom discipline.Good levels of Maths and English (essential).A passion for supporting students' learning and development.Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential. Becoming a Cover Supervisor is an excellent opportunity to gain hands–on experience in schools, perfect for those considering a career in teaching or education.
