Description
Tradewind are looking for Cover Supervisors to work across vibrant and diverse secondary schools in Kensington & Chelsea. You'll be delivering pre-prepared lessons in various subjects, ensuring students remain engaged and productive.
Role Overview:
Supervise classes in the teacher's absence
Ensure lesson objectives are met
Create a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere
Record attendance and behaviour as requiredWhat We're Looking For:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Confidence managing groups of young people
Adaptability across different subjects and age groups
An enhanced DBS (or willingness to get one)Ideal for those looking to gain classroom experience before moving into teaching or other education roles.
