Job Title: Cover Supervisor - Maths Specialist

Location: Northamptonshire

Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible (Term-Time Only)

Salary: £110 - £135.50 per day (Dependent on experience and qualifications)

Link 3 Recruitment are currently seeking a reliable, motivated, and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor with a qualification/experience in Maths to work across a range of secondary schools in Northamptonshire. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people, supporting their learning in the absence of regular teaching staff.

About the Role:

Deliver pre-set Maths lessons to classes in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4

Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour

Support students with tasks and contribute to a positive, inclusive atmosphere

Provide clear and constructive feedback to teaching staff on lesson outcomes and student engagement

Promote literacy and a love for Maths through enthusiastic lesson delivery and academic support

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

A strong knowledge and passion for Maths

Have some understanding across all key stages up to GCSE's and A'Levels

Previous experience working with young people (e.g., in education, youth work, or tutoring)

Excellent classroom management and communication skills

The ability to build rapport and inspire students

A flexible and adaptable approach to work

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) and eligibility to work in the UK
