Job Title: Cover Supervisor – Secondary School (Supply/Day-to-Day)

Location: B29, Birmingham

Start Date: Within 3 Weeks (In-Person Interviews Required)

Pay: Competitive, Based on Experience

Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for flexible, day-to-day work in a thriving secondary school setting? We are seeking a confident, reliable, and adaptable individual to join our team, supporting a busy secondary school located in the B29 area of Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of teaching staff

Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Ensuring students remain engaged and on task throughout the day

Reporting back to teaching staff on student progress and any issues arising

Essential Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year’s experience working within UK-based secondary schools

Availability for at least 3 full days per week on a flexible, day-to-day basis

Confident classroom management skills and the ability to engage secondary-aged pupils

Strong communication and organisational abilities

Must have the right to work full-time in the UK

Available for in-person interviews within the next 3 weeks

A competent and demonstrable range of UK secondary school experience is essential
