Are you a highly organised individual with a knack for efficient problem-solving? Mascalls Academy in Paddock Wood is looking for a dedicated Cover Manager to join our team!

In this crucial role, you'll be responsible for managing the smooth allocation of daily cover for staff absences across the academy, ensuring our students consistently receive the support they need. You'll also have the opportunity to deliver cover lessons yourself, gaining valuable, direct classroom experience. This includes leading set work, fostering a positive learning environment, and responding to student needs, all while upholding academy policies.

This is a permanent position offering an actual salary of £23,476 per annum (£26,930 full time equivalent) based on 37.5 hours per week, Term Time + 1 week of inset. Monday to Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm
