Job Title: Construction Lecturer (T Levels - Civil Engineering & Surveying)

Location: East Surrey

Type: Permanent - Full Time

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

Eden Brown are looking to seeking a dynamic and committed Construction Lecturer for Further Education College in East Surrey.

This is a full time permanent role where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and assessment across Level 3 and 4 programmes, including T Levels in Civil Engineering and Surveying.

As part of our innovative Construction department, you will collaborate with the Director of Learning and a dedicated team of professionals to deliver engaging and industry-relevant teaching. This is a fantastic opportunity to share your knowledge, support learner success, and contribute to the continuous development of our curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver and assess a range of Construction courses, with a focus on T Level qualifications in Civil Engineering and Surveying.

- Support learners' academic progress and personal development through effective tutoring and guidance.

- Champion high levels of student attendance, motivation, and achievement.

- Contribute to curriculum planning, quality assurance, and ongoing development of the subject area.

- Participate in course leadership responsibilities as required.

What We're Looking For:

- We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual with strong industry knowledge and a passion for education.

Essential Criteria:

- A recognised teaching qualification (or actively working towards one).

- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

- Relevant industry experience or equivalent qualifications.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and engage learners.

Desirable Qualifications:

- Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA).

- Internal Quality Assurance qualification (e.g., IQA Award or Certificate).
