Pay: £82.08 - £96.96 per day

Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with experience supporting learning in a school setting? We're looking for a Classroom Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Sleaford from September 2025.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about helping children thrive, with the ability to support the teacher in delivering engaging lessons and assisting pupils of all abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide in-class support to ensure pupils remain engaged in learning

Assist the teacher in preparing and delivering lesson materials

Work with small groups and individuals to reinforce understanding

Support pupils with additional needs and promote inclusive learning

Help manage classroom behaviour positively

Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous classroom experience in a primary or secondary school setting

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A flexible, proactive attitude

Relevant TA qualifications (Level 2/3 desirable)
