GBP140 GBP160 per day (or to scale for long–term cover)

Start Date: ASAP or September 2025

The Role

Are you a passionate Primary Teacher who loves teaching but wants a better work–life balance? Vision for Education is seeking casual Primary Teachers to work flexibly across Northampton on a day–to–day and short–term supply basis. This is an excellent opportunity to continue making a difference in the classroom without the full–time planning and workload, allowing you to choose when and where you work while delivering engaging lessons and supporting children s learning across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

Requirements

Please note: Only applicants with QTS and proven UK school experience will be considered.

UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience teaching in UK primary schools

Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum

Good classroom and behaviour management skills

A flexible, positive, and proactive attitude

An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for a new one
