We're looking for a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join a well-established alternative provision based in Bromham, near Bedford. This school provides personalised learning pathways for students who thrive outside of a mainstream environment, and they need dedicated staff who can help pupils feel supported, motivated, and valued every day.

The Role:

Working closely with teaching staff to support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs

Building strong, positive relationships to help students re-engage with learning

Supporting both in-class activities and 1:1 interventions

Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with young people, ideally those with SEMH needs or behavioural challenges (school or youth work background welcome)

Calm, resilient, and proactive personality

A genuine desire to see young people succeed

The ability to commit long-term, with the view to securing a permanent role
