Job Title: Behaviour Mentor

Salary: £90 - £120 per day, depending on experience

Location: Across North-West London

Some students don’t need a teacher - they need a champion. Someone who sees their potential even when they can’t. Someone who helps them reset, refocus, and thrive. At ANZUK Education, we’re searching for that someone: a Behaviour Mentor who’s ready to step into schools across North-West London and become a steady, positive influence in the lives of children and young people navigating behavioural challenges.

Responsibilities of a Behaviour Mentor:

* Providing tailored 1:1 and small group mentoring for students with behavioural or emotional needs including Autism, ADHD, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

* Supporting class teachers to maintain positive behaviour in lessons

* Implementing individual behaviour support plans and interventions

* Acting as a positive role model and trusted adult for pupils

* Collaborating with staff, parents, and external professionals to create a strong support network for students

Who We're Looking For:

* Experience working with children or young people, ideally in a school, youth work or relevant setting

* A calm, confident, and empathetic approach

* Strong interpersonal and behaviour management skills

* A genuine desire to help young people succeed

* Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced school environment

Why Work with ANZUK Education?

* A dedicated consultant supporting your journey every step of the way

* Access to top schools across North West London

* Competitive rates of pay

* Ongoing professional development and CPD opportunities

* A vibrant, values-driven agency that puts educators first
