The Role – Behaviour Mentor
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will support pupils across Key Stages 1 and 2 who display challenging behaviour, often linked to social, emotional, or mental health (SEMH) needs. Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and pastoral team, you will help pupils regulate their emotions, develop coping strategies, and build positive relationships.This is a hands-on role that requires patience, empathy, and a proactive approach. You’ll deliver tailored behaviour interventions, provide classroom support, and contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment.
