About the role - Behaviour Mentor

I am working with this secondary school based in Enfield who are looking for a Behaviour Mentor for a September 2025 start on a full-time basis. For this post, you must have experience working with children with challenging behaviour. Main duties will include you working alongside the classroom teacher helping them manage the behaviour in the class. You will also be asked to work in an inclusion room, mentoring to pupils on a 1:1 basis. School day starts 08:30am and finishes at 16:00pm with a lunch break.
