The Role – Behaviour Mentor

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor to join a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in the heart of Greenwich. In this role, you will work closely with students aged 11–16, supporting behaviour management, building strong relationships, and encouraging personal and academic development. This is a full-time role with an immediate start, offering a daily rate of £92–£122, depending on experience. You’ll play a key role within the pastoral and support teams, making a meaningful difference in the lives of students every day. Experience working with young people is desirable but not essential – the school welcomes applications from individuals with the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in supporting young people.
