The Role – Behaviour Mentor

Qualiteach are looking for a resilient and proactive Behaviour Mentor to join an ASD school in Westminster this September. As a Behaviour Mentor, you’ll work closely with students aged 7–16 who present with a range of social, emotional, and behavioural needs alongside their autism diagnoses. Your role will involve providing consistent 1:1 support, implementing behaviour support plans, and using positive behaviour strategies to manage and de-escalate incidents. The successful candidate will have prior experience working in an SEN setting and an enhanced DBS on the update service.
