The Role – Behaviour Mentor

We are looking for a proactive Behaviour Mentor to join a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Hammersmith, supporting students aged 11–16 who present challenging behaviour and social, emotional, and mental health needs. You’ll work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to manage behaviour, implement de-escalation strategies, and build positive relationships that help re-engage students in their learning.

The School – Behaviour Mentor

This PRU in Hammersmith offers alternative education to students who have been excluded or are at risk of exclusion. The team is highly experienced in behaviour support and provides extensive training and mentoring to all staff, including regular Team Teach refreshers and CPD.
