A well–respected secondary school in Ealing is seeking a reliable and proactive Attendance Officer to join their pastoral team. Key Responsibilities:

Monitor daily student attendance and follow up on unexplained absencesContact parents and carers via phone, text or email to promote good attendanceCollaborate with form tutors, heads of year, and safeguarding leadsMaintain accurate records using the school's MIS systemSupport the development of attendance improvement strategies

Requirements:
