Aspiring Psychologist - Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant (September Start)

Location: Southwark, London

For Psychology & related grads (July 2025 graduates)

Are you studying Psychology or a similar degree and graduating this July?

Considering a future in Clinical or Educational Psychology, Therapy, Social Work, or Youth Support?

This Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant role offers a direct pathway into your future career.

Classroom Support are exclusively working with leading All-Through Schools in the London Borough of Southwark to recruit passionate, driven graduates for multiple roles starting this September.

Gain:

Valuable Experience - Work directly with pupils who have Special Educational Needs (SEN) including Autism, Speech & Language difficulties, SEMH, and more.

Career Clarity - Test the waters before committing to further study or training routes like Assistant Psychologist roles or Master's programs.

Professional Exposure - Collaborate with SENCOs, Teachers, Educational Psychologists, Therapists, and Social Workers.

Role Highlights:

Support children 1:1 and in small group interventions

Ideal Candidate:

A Psychology (or related) graduate or final-year student

Predicted or achieved a 1st or 2:1

Passionate about working with children and young people

Previous experience with children (tutoring, summer camps, support work, babysitting, etc.) is desirable but not essential
