A friendly, forward–thinking primary school in Ealing is looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced educators, support pupils day–to–day, and lay the groundwork for a long–term teaching career.

What You'll Gain:

Classroom experience across KS1 and/or KS2, working directly with pupils and supporting teachers.

Opportunities to lead small group work, deliver tailored interventions, and assist with planning and resources.

First–hand exposure to the national curriculum, safeguarding practices, and behaviour management strategies.

Mentorship and insight from experienced staff–ideal for those planning to apply for teacher training in 2026.

What We're Looking For:

A graduate (ideally in Education, English, Psychology, or a related subject).

A strong interest in primary teaching and a desire to make a difference in the classroom.

Any experience with children–whether from tutoring, mentoring, volunteering, or youth work.

A confident, caring, and proactive attitude, with the ability to commit full–time for the academic year.

Why This School?

Supportive, inclusive environment that's passionate about developing future teachers.

Based in Ealing, with excellent public transport access and a strong community spirit.

A chance to work alongside a team that values creativity, initiative, and fresh ideas.

Ready to take the first real step toward becoming a teacher?
