Full training provided | Clear pathway to permanent employment

Are you passionate about supporting young people through structured, evidence-based approaches?

Whether you're an experienced ABA practitioner or looking to train in Applied Behaviour Analysis, this role offers the chance to make a genuine difference in a highly supportive school setting.

We're working with a specialist Solihull school that blends ABA with the Pyramid Approach to Education, including the use of PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System), to help pupils with autism communicate, learn, and thrive. The school provides a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for learners who benefit from personalised support beyond the mainstream classroom.

Why you'll want to work here

A curriculum tailored to individual EHCPs, focusing on both academic and life skills

A calm, structured environment designed for pupils with autism

A collaborative staff team that values training, wellbeing, and career progression

Access to a range of extracurricular activities to help pupils grow socially and emotionally

What's on offer for you

More than 30 professional development courses within your first fortnight

Ongoing training in ABA, PECS, and specialist SEN teaching strategies

A clear route to permanent employment for committed, successful candidates

Opportunities to progress within the school and expand your professional skillset

Your role

Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups within a High Dependency Unit

Apply ABA principles and PECS to promote communication and independence

Work with teaching staff, therapists, and the SENCO to deliver personalised learning plans

Contribute to a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment

Bring a proactive, resilient, and flexible approach to each day

If you're ready to take on a rewarding role that combines specialist training with the chance to make a daily impact, we'd love to hear from you.
