Implement strategies outlined in the child’s Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).

Assist with differentiated learning activities to ensure progress is being made.

Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being.

Build a trusting relationship with the child to encourage confidence, independence, and engagement in learning.

Work collaboratively with the class teacher, SENCO, and parents to monitor progress and adapt support as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Experience working with children with SEN (e.g. Autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, social/emotional needs).

A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

Relevant TA/SEN qualifications are desirable but not essential – experience is key.

What We Offer

A supportive and welcoming school environment.

Ongoing training and CPD opportunities.

Dedicated consultant support throughout your placement.

Competitive pay, paid fortnightly.
