Are you passionate about supporting individual learners and making a real difference in education?
We are currently recruiting a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant for a number of primary and secondary schools across Cambridge, with placements starting this September.
About the Role:
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you'll provide personalised support to students with additional needs, including SEN, behavioural challenges, or learning difficulties. Your role will be vital in helping pupils access the curriculum, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience working with children or young people (school or care setting)
Confidence in supporting students with a range of needs (e.g. autism, ADHD, SEMH)
A proactive, patient and compassionate approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
