Tradewind Recruitment is thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a Primary School in Market Rasen. This role is full time Monday to Friday. The role is supporting a pupil with SEND on a 1:1 basis, ensuring the pupil is supported throughout their lessons.

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with a student with additional needs, offering vital support to ensure their educational journey is as enriching as possible. Your primary duties will include:

Providing individualised assistance to the assigned student.Collaborating with the class teacher to adapt and tailor lessons as needed.Monitoring and recording progress, communicating effectively with parents and the school team.Requirements: We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:

Experience working with children.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A genuine passion for supporting the educational needs of individual students.Adaptability and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic school environment.Benefits:
