Full-Time | Term-Time Only | Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm September 2025 start

We are currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic 1:1 Teaching Assistants to work in supportive and inclusive primary schools across Watford, Hemel Hempstead, and Bushey. These are full-time, term-time only roles, ideal for individuals passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children who require additional support.

Role Overview:

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with individual pupils who may have additional needs, providing tailored support to help them thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.

Requirements:

A valid Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply

A genuine interest in supporting children with varying needs

Reliable, patient, and nurturing approach

Experience working with children in an educational setting (particularly those with additional needs) is highly desirable
